Thought Farmer Intranet Software Redesign Services

The New York State Insurance Fund seeks a vendor to provide ThoughtFarmer intranet software redesign services under RFQ #2026-69-ADM. The requested scope includes a ThoughtFarmer intranet software subscription for the first 2,000 users, as-needed professional services in year one, and on-site training and workshops. Vendors perform the work offsite over a five-year contract term that commences upon approval by the Office of State Comptroller. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations limited to New York State small businesses certified as Minority- or Women-Owned Businesses or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses.
