Real-Time Flood Forecasting Software

The buyer needs a real-time flood forecasting software solution to support predictive flood analysis by integrating forecasted rainfall, water level data, and current hydrologic conditions. The vendor must provide software that graphically displays flooding impacts on streets, buildings, and utilities using points and lines, performs computations updated at least twice daily, and integrates gage data. Additionally, the software must feature an API, mobile-accessible 24/7/365 availability with server redundancy, operational controls for pumps and gates, interactive dashboards, and ArcGIS Online access control enforcement. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than August 31, 2026.
