Oracle Software Update License and Support Services

The agency seeks a contractor to provide Oracle software update license and support services for a one-year contract period. The required coverage includes Oracle Database Enterprise Edition named user plan perpetual, Oracle Programmer named user plus perpetual, and Oracle Database Enterprise Edition processor perpetual. Contractors will perform the work offsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and mandates that all quoted prices remain firm and complete. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders should hold registration and good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State. The successful bidder must carry a minimum of $1 million in General Liability insurance and submit signed insurance certificates for agency approval before starting work. The contractor must also agree to indemnify the agency against specified claims. The agency accepts signed bids under Invitation to Bid Number 40016-20260820 until the due date of September 10, 2026. The agency reserves the right to award the contract by individual items, related items, or total, to reject any quotations, and to waive informalities.
