Point-of-Sale Financing System

Toronto Metropolitan University requires a point-of-sale financing system for The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education. The buyer seeks video conference strategy discussions with interested suppliers to gather information on available solutions, capabilities, and implementation approaches to help develop a scope of services for a potential upcoming procurement. Requested capabilities include providing web services or APIs for real-time transaction voiding, demonstrating knowledge of PeopleSoft integration or providing PeopleSoft library services for refunds and reversals, and sharing a high-level API overview detailing handled information types and integration support. To participate, suppliers must be an onshore Canada organization, and all work performance occurs offsite. The buyer does not accept hard copy submissions and does not request a formal written response, as all information collection takes place during the conference or video call. Participation is optional and does not serve as a prerequisite for future procurements. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than August 27, 2026. The budget relies on proposal submissions.
