The contractor must manage network hardware, monitor performance, and implement security protocols. Additionally, the contractor must evaluate, acquire, and configure PC servers, workstations, tablets, and peripherals, alongside providing cybersecurity features like local and cloud server backups, threat monitoring, and file restores. The scope further includes software development, Windows network maintenance, and off-site help desk technical support with remote and necessary on-site assistance. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer accepts digital submissions via email or online and seeks budget proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 26, 2026. The buyer will hold a pre-bid site visit on September 16, 2026.
