The buyer requires a vendor to provide an enterprise asset management excellence, assessment, and future readiness review system. The vendor must deliver an evidence-based assessment that evaluates enterprise Asset Management System elements alongside Distribution-specific and Transmission-specific asset management practices. The required scope includes assessing asset management maturity using a recognized model mapped to ISO 55000/55001, GFMAM, and IAM terminology. The vendor must evaluate leadership, governance, decision-making processes, value frameworks, lifecycle cost, data management, and risk alignment, including climate relevance and resilience. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore Canadian vendors, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
