Active Transportation Grant Programs Service

The buyer requires active transportation grant programs service for a government authority in California. For the Regional Active Transportation Program (ATP) Cycle 8, the buyer funds projects that encourage biking and walking, increase safety and mobility for non-motorized users, and advance greenhouse gas reduction goals. For the Active Transportation Grant Program (ATGP) Cycle 5, the buyer funds bike and pedestrian infrastructure improvements, as well as plans and programs that educate, encourage, and raise awareness regarding bike and pedestrian facilities. Eligible applicants for the Regional ATP include local, regional, or state agencies, Caltrans, transit agencies, natural resources or public land agencies, public schools or school districts, tribal governments, and eligible private nonprofit tax-exempt organizations. Eligible applicants for the ATGP include local jurisdictions in the San Diego region. Bidders must be USA-only onshore organizations, and work performance is onsite. The Regional ATP offers $22,530,000 in available funding. Vendors must submit all questions by November 6, 2026. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online.
