The buyer requires a cloud-based Software as a Service transportation planning, mapping, scheduling, and public outreach web platform that requires no downloads and supports unlimited users. The requested scope includes drawing transit and multi-modal lines, visualizing census and custom data layers, collaborating simultaneously, automatically analyzing route connections, and measuring spatial distances. It also entails generating map graphics, publishing dynamic and static maps, collecting and displaying public comments, and extracting customer content. Additionally, the vendor must provide customer service staff for troubleshooting, debugging, and project-specific solutions at no extra cost. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible, and performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will run for three years.
