Card Access Modifications Service

The Metropolitan Airports Commission requires card access modifications services at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for project MAC Contract No. 106-2-1142. The buyer requests card access modifications to passenger boarding bridge pilot doors throughout Terminal 1, including hollow metal doors, door hardware, glazing, painting and coating, security signage, Secured Area Access Control Systems (SAACS), pantograph infrastructure, electrical, and telecommunications. Bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations performing work offsite. The buyer accepts electronic bid submissions through QuestCDN until 2:00 PM on September 15, 2026, and hosts a bid opening conference call at 3:00 PM on the same day. For contracts exceeding $100,000, Minnesota Statute Section 473.144 prohibits the buyer from accepting bids or executing contracts without affirmative action plan compliance. Bidders must submit evidence of compliance within one business day following the bid opening, or the buyer considers the bids non-responsive.
