RFI for Transportation Data Collection, Data Method Development, Data Processing, and Information Extraction Service - Sources Sought

The buyer, a government authority located in Washington, DC, seeks a vendor to provide transportation data collection, data method development, data processing, and information extraction services. The required scope includes carrying out broad data collection and acquisition, including household travel survey data, and developing new and improved data collection methodologies. Additionally, the contractor must develop and improve in-depth analytical methods and procedures, deploy efficient information extraction mechanisms, extract actionable information using advanced analytics and visualization, and assess current data processing effectiveness. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations only. Work performance may occur onsite or offsite. Regarding the budget, the buyer is currently looking for proposals.
