Transit Advertising Sales and Management Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide transit advertising sales and management services. The requested scope includes handling any notices, postings, announcements, displays, communications, or similar materials from external parties that promote, support, or oppose any product, good, sale, service, event, occurrence, issue, or position. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital proposals submitted via email or online, and explicitly requests proposals to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
