The Office of the State Fire Marshal seeks an event management company to manage registrations, payments, check-in, and badge printing for the Fire Life Safety Educator Conference and the Safe Kids Conference. The selected vendor must design, build, and deploy custom-branded registration websites, provide an integrated email campaign tool, and enable survey creation with automated reporting. Additional requirements include maintaining a secure attendee database, tracking registration trends, collecting fees via credit card, e-check, or invoice, managing refunds, and delivering financial summaries. The vendor must also provide attendee check-in systems, supply badge printing hardware, manage badge creation, and offer real-time and post-event attendance tracking across PC, iOS, and Android devices. Eligibility requires a USA-based organization, and the vendor performs all work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget, and vendors must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
