Mural Services

The buyer seeks professional artists and professional artist teams from the Pacific Northwest to submit qualifications for a large-scale mural commission in downtown. The buyer requires artists with experience in contemporary or abstract art styles. The selected vendor must create a complementary mural featuring the theme of Celebrating Oregon’s Natural Bounty, utilize an interesting wall shape creatively, and provide an engaging visual experience for pedestrians and local traffic. Additionally, the vendor must use durable, weather-resistant, and anti-graffiti materials that require minimal long-term maintenance. Eligibility restricts applicants to onshore United States organizations only, and the vendor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests proposals for the project budget.
