AI Policy, Training and Coaching Consultant Service

The buyer requires a consultant to lead a comprehensive artificial intelligence integration initiative for the organization over a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must develop an AI policy, including guidance on approved tools and data handling, for approval by the board of trustees. Additionally, the vendor must build staff AI competency through training and coaching across multiple skill levels, educate the Board of Trustees and Technical Advisory Committee, and assist with documenting staff-developed AI workflows and use cases. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online and seeks budget proposals within the submitted responses. Only USA-based onshore organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite.
