Compliance Monitoring Software

The buyer needs a vendor to provide an existing, production-ready compliance monitoring software platform to support affordable housing compliance monitoring activities. The required scope includes software implementation, system configuration, data migration from existing software, and user training for City staff and external stakeholders. The vendor must also deliver ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and enhancements. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located within the United States, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The contract period will span one year.
