The buyer requires an online event registration solution under a one-year contract. The scope includes a tradeshow multimedia annual license fee that covers maintenance and support, along with unlimited online event registrations, post-event surveys, and the ability to create and track multiple events. The vendor must deliver secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing, automated personalized email communications, and real-time reporting on survey data, unsubscribed emails, abandoned registrations, revenue activity, and registrant details. To meet the buyer's payment needs, the solution must support multiple merchant numbers and feature a payment gateway that currently processes transactions with the agency comptroller of public accounts' uniform statewide accounting system and treasury. The selected respondent assumes all payment gateway costs. Work performance occurs either onsite or offsite. The buyer accepts proposals to determine the budget and restricts eligibility exclusively to USA organizations located onshore.
