Archaeological Survey Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide an archaeological survey service in Portland, Oregon, to support an ongoing mandated Environmental Impact Review. The selected vendor must perform an archaeological resources survey on the ground designated for temporary cyber facilities. Key tasks include identifying and developing recommendations regarding the need for archaeological monitoring during excavation activities, placing archaeological site location data into an easily removable report appendix, and submitting a draft survey report for consultation. Work performance may occur onsite or offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and lists no specific budget amount. The buyer will hold a pre-proposal conference on September 9, 2026.
