The buyer seeks a vendor to provide strategic communications, public relations, and career pathway development services. The requested scope includes developing and maintaining an annual communications plan, advising District leadership, drafting news releases, managing media relationships, and preparing spokespeople. Additionally, the vendor must maintain a crisis-communications protocol with severity tiers, offer holding statements, and provide on-call rapid response. Scope requirements also encompass creating culturally responsive, translated materials, with Spanish prioritized alongside support for Chinese Immersion families, and supporting social media strategy. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer requires vendors to submit proposals to establish the budget.
