The government authority in Iowa requires a USA-based vendor to provide nursing recruitment process outsourcing services. The buyer needs to increase its numbers of experienced staff nurses with adult patient experience across multiple campuses. The scope covers perioperative services, intensive care, behavioral health, adult acute care, emergency medicine, and ambulatory services including digestive disease, dialysis, cancer center, interventional radiology, cardiac cath and EP, and apheresis. The contractor must perform all work onsite during a one-year contract period. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations only.
