The buyer needs the vendor to manage the recruitment process, handle candidate screening, and assign at least one dedicated account manager to meet filming demand from production companies. Additionally, the selected provider assumes full responsibility for payroll, fair Film Liaison compensation, record-keeping, WCB registration and payments, and managing staff absences to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
