Municipal Court Judge Service

The buyer requires a Municipal Court Judge to perform judicial duties for the government authority in Collin, Texas. The selected vendor must execute responsibilities under Texas law, the City Charter, and City ordinances. Requested scope includes presiding over jury trials, bench trials, and plea hearings; administering oaths; granting continuances; ruling on motions for new trials; entering proceedings in the docket; assessing contempt punishments; and conducting driver's license suspension hearings. Performance of the work will occur offsite for a contract period of one year. To qualify, vendors must meet the onshore USA-only eligibility requirement. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and sets a deadline for all question submissions of no later than September 10, 2026.
