Administrative Services

The government authority in Indianapolis, Indiana needs a vendor to provide administrative services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must develop a methodology to determine the financial viability of institutions that are authorized or seeking authorization. Additionally, the vendor must conduct a selected number of basic reviews and perform in-depth institutional reviews if a basic review reveals serious financial viability concerns. The vendor must deliver written summaries of these reviews and potentially present them. The buyer requires all work to occur offsite. Only USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. Bidders must submit their digital responses via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026.
