Cloud-Based Automated Cross-Checking Solution

The department requires a cloud-based commercial off-the-shelf automated cross-checking solution to replace its existing process for cross-checking student lists from eligible scholarship funding organizations. The solution must cross-check scholarship payment files against public-school attendance records, automatically reconcile records between scholarship-funding organizations and school districts, and provide real-time notifications when a student appears on both a scholarship payment file and a public-school enrollment record. Additionally, the software must support the resolution of duplicate funding situations involving simultaneous scholarship funding and public-school attendance. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the department is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
