Strategic Communications and Issues Management Services

The buyer requires a Canadian organization to deliver offsite strategic communications and issues management services. The selected vendor must supply strategic and tactical hands-on support and counsel during sensitive, high-stake situations that affect operations, reputation, and stakeholder relationships. Requested deliverables include communication templates, tools, a risk assessment, and a monitoring strategy. The vendor must demonstrate response readiness, mobilize quickly, manage communications within political, organizational, and community contexts, and address public trust, public scrutiny, transparency, and Freedom of Information obligations. The buyer accepts proposals for the budget and restricts eligibility exclusively to onshore Canadian organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises.
