Photographic Services

The buyer requires professional photographers to deliver high-quality digital photographic services for new acquisitions, existing works, exhibitions, and site-specific commissions across diverse artistic media, scales, and formats. The requested scope encompasses twenty-four primary location photographic sessions alongside approximately ten off-site and selected neighbor island assignments. The selected vendor must provide backdrops and professional art handling services to support collection registration, digital archiving, exhibition catalogues, magazines, publicity, marketing, and social media. Work performance will occur offsite over a one-year contract period. To qualify, eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer seeks proposal submissions to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
