Laboratory Information Management System

The buyer requires a laboratory information management system to centralize laboratory operations. The requested scope includes managing documents, chemical and sample inventory, client complaints, subcontracted laboratories, and data organization. The system must allow clients to run self-service queries, mine data, generate reports, and approve quotes and Work Authorizations. Additional system functions include recording sampling frequency, creating project templates, handling client-specific location names, generating sequential sample numbers, building subcontract laboratory invoices for the city's financial system, capturing organic extraction and metals preparation data, generating sample batches, and tracking aliquots. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer contract period spans five years, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
