E-Rate Category 2 License Service

The buyer requires E-Rate Category 2 license services for network equipment that the agency currently owns. The selected vendor must provide specific quantities of E-rate eligible licenses and support subscriptions, including ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot Tier 0 licenses, ExtremeCloud IQ Navigator SaaS subscriptions, and various network equipment items such as 5420M-48W-4YE-FabricEngine, 5520-48W, 5520-24X, VSP-7400-48Y-8C, and X435-8P-4S. Additionally, the vendor must supply E-rate ineligible items, including specified quantities of 5420M-48W-4YE, ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot Tier 0 licenses, 5520-48W, 5520-VIM-4YE, ExtremeCloud IQ Navigator subscriptions, and PRD-XIQ-NAC-S. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to US onshore organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires all interested parties to submit their questions no later than September 28, 2026.
