Self-sustaining Application Services

The Province requires a Canadian onshore vendor to provide self-sustaining application services from the vendor's own offsite office premises. The buyer seeks architectural, business, technical, and professional expertise to deliver insights and solutions that address operational, tactical, and strategic considerations. The vendor must provide supplemental support for envisioning, strategic planning, user training, and capacity planning. The scope of work includes expanding, enhancing, updating, or creating new functionality through pre-development and post-development analysis, as well as planning, designing, coding, configuring, testing, and installing these additions or changes. Additionally, the vendor must develop and update training materials. The vendor must manage and adapt all supporting environments, tooling, and integration platforms necessary to deliver the application services up to the current standards of the Province. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget, and no key dates or evaluation criteria are provided.
