Zscaler Subscription Renewal Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a Zscaler subscription renewal service for a three-year contract period from November 30, 2026, through November 29, 2029. The requested scope includes Zscaler licenses compatible with the County's existing IT environment, 24/7 technical support, software services, all major and minor version upgrades during the license period, and comprehensive electronic documentation.
