Capital Project Management System and Implementation Services for Housing Capital Development Projects

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a commercial off-the-shelf capital project management system and implementation services for housing capital development projects. The requested scope includes implementing and configuring the solution; validating, refining, and optimizing project and portfolio management processes; implementing governance, controls, reporting, and decision-support capabilities; conducting organizational change management, training, and adoption activities; and establishing a sustainable project and portfolio management operating model. This solution will replace reliance on email, spreadsheets, and legacy systems, creating a central source of truth and enabling standardized project management and enhanced reporting for the Development & Asset Strategies branch. Eligibility limits participation to onshore Canadian organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
