Heating Plant Controls and SCADA System Replacement Services

The government authority in Buffalo, New York, needs a vendor to provide heating plant controls and SCADA system replacement services for a steam plant facility. The buyer requires complete engineering, design, supply, integration, testing, and commissioning of boiler burner management systems, balance of plant controls, and a SCADA system. The scope includes fully integrated PLC-based controls, safety interlocks, and combustion strategies designed in accordance with NFPA 85 and applicable NEC standards. Additionally, the vendor must supply two UL508A-listed boiler control panels featuring PLCs, HMIs, relays, field terminals, circuit protection, and associated instrumentation with labeled wiring installed per industry standards.
