Emergency Medical Billing and Records Management System

The buyer requires an emergency medical billing and records management system along with associated software and hardware. The requested scope includes establishing master and sub-files, an invoice tracking system, an accounts receivable system by patient name or account, a cash management system, and related financial reports. Vendors must propose software that complies with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services national ambulance code set, describe their end-to-end billing process, detail their method for obtaining hospital billing information, and perform monthly reconciliations of bank deposits with posted payments. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization only. The successful service provider must operate as a direct electronic claims processor that files electronic claims for Medicaid and Medicare in the state and surrounding states. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 24, 2026.
