Scope of work

- Operate mobile beverage and snack carts at both facilities from 10 am to dusk, Wednesday through Sunday
- Coordinate and host parties, banquet services, and catering for golf and tennis tournaments
- Provide daily menu with price listings approved by the County
- Clean dining tables, service counters, and mop kitchen and dining floors daily
- Safeguard, maintain, and secure County-owned equipment and facilities
- Manage waste and trash removal from concession areas to designated receptacles
Minimum qualifications
- Current business license
- Food service permit from the DeKalb County Board of Health
- Authorizations required for the sale or service of alcoholic beverages
- Registration and participation in the federal work authorization program (E-Verify)
- All food/beverage employees must be 18 years of age or older
