Mobile Application Solution

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a single YVL-branded, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) mobile application solution optimized for iOS and Android devices. The requested scope includes displaying agency locations, hours, and services; enabling patron account management, hold management subject to Polaris capabilities, and event registration; providing app usage statistics; and integrating with Kanopy and OverDrive. The vendor must also detail cloud hosting architecture, conduct accessibility testing, complete security reviews, and execute app-store submission and launch activities. To qualify, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026.
