The buyer requires a customizable case management platform to track outcomes, manage data, and generate detailed reports for at-risk and justice-involved juveniles with behavioral health needs, including substance use disorder. The software must track youth case details, outcomes, and treatment provider practices at various intercepts to measure intervention success and inform systems-level improvements. This platform will support the juvenile substance use services coordination program throughout its pilot and implementation phases.
