The buyer requires a vendor to provide and operate a fleet optimization solution that includes a secure, user-friendly online and mobile vehicle booking platform and a keyless, fob-based, app-based, or secure key access system. The buyer seeks a service model that makes vehicles efficiently available for business use, reduces administrative overhead, improves fleet utilization, supports cost efficiency, and provides flexible access to various vehicle types. Where feasible, the model must support one-way or last-mile vehicle access options, allow for potential use by outside users outside reserved periods, and offer scalable service to vehicles at other locations. The system must accommodate role-based access, approval workflows, employee-only reservations, public availability windows, location-specific rules, and appropriate privacy, cybersecurity, and records management controls. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore qualify for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the work offsite.
