The buyer seeks a qualified Canadian business partner to provide an integrated, end-to-end investment management, compliance, technology, and fund administration platform reporting directly to the C-Suite. This scalable institutional platform enables the buyer to transition away from its current investment fund manager structure and focus on sector engagement, client service, client relationships, and strategic leadership. All production, backup, and disaster recovery data hosting and processing must occur within Canada. The contractor performs all work offsite. Eligibility limits participation strictly to Canadian organizations. The buyer evaluates proponents based on their fund services capabilities, regulatory compliance framework, and proprietary technology platform. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget.
