Education Abroad Management System

The buyer requires a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) education abroad management system to serve as its central system of record for education abroad and away activities. The requested scope includes software licensing, implementation, system configuration, data migration of historical records and program information, integration services, testing, training, documentation, deployment, administrative management tools, and ongoing support. This solution must support the complete lifecycle of student engagement, application management, risk management, travel registration, reporting, and operational workflows to modernize operations while preserving key business capabilities. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders will perform the work offsite over a three-year contract period. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and allows digital submission via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026.
