The buyer requires a vendor to provide, implement, and maintain a web-based fleet management software system. The requested scope includes system configuration, migration of historical data from the existing Hyperweb system, a transition plan, employee training, system access for internal and external users, and first-year technical support. Authorized users must be able to manage asset and employee records, configure the system, perform search functions, generate reports, and process work orders. Preferred features include online request submissions, a mechanic schedule calendar, mobile work order completion, and a single-page data entry interface. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only and requires offsite performance. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online.
