The buyer requires a cloud-based cyber risk compliance automation platform to support the complete Risk Management Framework lifecycle, audit support, documentation, and continuous monitoring reporting. The requested scope includes establishing secure, validated connectivity between the requiring office's Microsoft 365/Azure environment and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Software-as-a-Service environment. Vendors must provide automated drafting of System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, and control implementation narratives directly from ingested system data using human-reviewable AI assistance. Furthermore, the platform must automate continuous monitoring evidence collection, control validation, and Plan of Action and Milestones generation to support Joint Cybersecurity Authorization Management system reporting. Integration requires using a least-privilege, scoped OAuth application registration with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Graph API, strictly prohibiting standing or shared administrative credentials.
