Claims Database Administration Service

The State of Indiana requires a vendor to provide claims database administration services. The selected vendor must operate, administer, and maintain the Indiana Claims Database to ensure secure management, data integrity, and continuous uptime while coordinating with state agencies, payers, and submitters. Additionally, the vendor must maintain the existing public-facing chatbot, provide full support for the consumer-facing transparency portal website, and maintain a comprehensive data privacy and security plan meeting state and federal standards. To eligible to bid, the vendor must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and accepts digital responses via email or online. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026.
