Wayfinding Signage Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a wayfinding signage service for a one-year contract period. The required scope includes replacing existing signage with new signage, which includes select signs with digital components, and placing signage in new locations. The vendor must perform associated structural, electrical, and technology work. Additionally, the vendor must repair and restore existing finishes where signs are removed without replacement or where new signs differ in size from old ones. The buyer requires pre-printed, permanent, black-on-white adhesive-backed material—such as Brady, 3M, or equal—for telecommunication outlet faceplates, individual horizontal cables, and network room equipment rack-unit identification. Hand-written labels and Dymo-tape are prohibited. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA-only vendors, and the work requires both offsite and onsite performance.
