The Irvington Housing Authority in Irvington, NJ requires a USA-based vendor to provide offsite IT support services. The selected vendor must maintain existing hardware and software devices, including 16 desktops, 15 laptops, VOIP handsets across three locations, and 10 mobile phones capable of accessing housing authority software. Software maintenance covers 10 Microsoft Office 365 users, 1 Adobe Pro user, 9 Adobe Acrobat users, and Datto monthly back-ups. Additionally, the scope includes network administration support via phone and electronic submission systems, user administration files, file and print services, internet services, email setups, system patches, ongoing security support, and network infrastructure support for wired and wireless devices. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. An optional pre-proposal conference takes place on October 8, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026.
