The government authority in Los Angeles, California requires a vendor to design, furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission a modern, IP-based video surveillance system. The buyer needs the vendor to implement and configure an AI-based software solution to monitor defined exterior and rooftop perimeter zones for unauthorized entry, loitering, and anomalous behavior, generating immediate alerts for personnel. The scope includes installing at least twenty-six new cameras at designated locations using existing conduit and mounts where feasible, or creating new minimally-invasive or non-invasive mounts. The project mandates Cisco, dedicated hybrid fiber copper, or equivalent switches. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations only. The vendor will perform the work offsite.
