Web-Based Driver Modernization System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide, implement, maintain, and operate a modernized, web-based driver license platform system to replace an existing legacy mainframe driver license system. The requested scope includes delivering a single vendor-supported platform with a common user experience that replaces all mainframe functionality, complies fully with state and federal laws, and integrates with non-mainframe applications and a document management system. The system must support all driver license types, identification cards, undercover credentials, mobile DL/ID, driver history, points tracking, medical review, insurance compliance, handicap placards, investigations, notifications, data extraction, online access, system integrations, full data migration, real-time search for law enforcement, and daily business intelligence. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization to perform the work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals for the budget.
