Communications Management System

The university requires an enterprise multi-channel communications management system to consolidate its current email management platforms into a centralized system. The buyer needs this system to streamline internal and external communications, enhance email measurement, support data-driven decisions, decrease manual data workloads, and improve data cleanliness and integrations. The requested scope includes email and SMS texting capabilities, while digital signage functionality is preferred.
