The buyer requires a vendor to provide a Smartsheet-based federal block grant financial management solution. The selected vendor must configure Smartsheet structures using derived contract information, posted payments, and BHD-entered operational details such as spend plans, pipeline actions, and invoice approvals. Additionally, the vendor must use Smartsheet administrative tools, including Data Shuttle and Data Mesh, to load data and maintain relationships across sheets. The scope includes applying Program Area classification logic to group expenditures consistently for federal reporting requirements and incorporating pipeline commitments into planned-spending structures to track future obligations. To be eligible, the vendor must be an onshore, USA-only organization. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for a proposal regarding the budget.
