District Planning Consultant Service

The buyer requires a consultant to provide district planning consultant services. The selected vendor must support the development of an overarching, county-wide planning framework that provides context and sideboards for a district-level planning framework. Required scope includes graphic design services, development of KPIs and an implementation guide, and the integration and evaluation of existing plans, policies, management plans, unplanned acreage analysis, and resource-specific policies. Additionally, the vendor must partner with and support a GIS analysis team upon request and produce digital and analog engagement materials, such as flyers, survey tools, presentations, facilitation materials, maps, and technical graphics. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is actively looking for proposals to establish the budget.
