The county requires a vendor to deliver website redesign, development, implementation, hosting, and data migration services using a content management system. The buyer seeks a customer-focused, highly usable website with intuitive, modern navigation, user-centric organization, and a balanced government look. The vendor must provide website hosting, search engine optimization, robust site search functionality, and data and file migration from the existing site. The new site must ensure full functionality, seamless viewing, and editing across major browsers, operating systems, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally by email or online.
