The buyer requires a platform that functions across MAC, PC, Android, and Apple operating systems, offers interactive engagement tools for virtual sessions, and leverages artificial intelligence to support documentation and reduce administrative burden. The buyer evaluates proposals based on therapeutic alliance ratings, clinician satisfaction, reduced administrative burden, improved youth engagement, and increased access for rural and remote children. Only onshore Canadian organizations may submit responses. The winning vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally through email or online.
